SHIPPING & RETURNS
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase, however in the unlikely event of receiving the incorrect product or your purchase arrives damaged we will arrange to replace the item or issue you a full refund. We will not accept returns or offer refunds for any other reason. With this in mind please choose your product carefully and ensure that it is as you require checking important factors such as its size. Please be aware all shipping costs to return an order are at the cost of the consumer. Products maliciously damaged will not be refunded.
Shipping Fees and Surcharges
All orders are shipped via DPD service: Next Working Day, Saturday or Sunday.
DPD do not collect from us or deliver on the following dates:

- Easter Sunday
- Easter Monday
- Early May Bank Holiday
- May Bank Holiday
- Summer Bank Holiday
- Christmas Day
- Boxing Day
- New Year's Day
Orders are shipped same day if your order is placed on a weekday before 4pm (subject to stock availability) and will ship Next Working Day delivery. Weekend delivery options are also available at the checkout. Free shipping 7 days a week on orders over £39.00.

Please allow for short delays by the courier during busy times and bad weather.
Due to the gross weight, size and/or shape of certain products listed – such as (but not limited to) cat litter, we reserve the right to add a shipping and handling fee to your order’s total. This is in line with the additional costs occurred with DPD’s service and will be automatically calculated at checkout.
Orders qualifying for free delivery will be liable to incur such additional fees.
CHANGING AN ORDER
Unfortunately we are unable to make changes to an order once it has been placed. If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us via the website or through our details which can be found on your order confirmation email.
All faulty items may be returned within a reasonable time providing the product is returned in the original, undamaged packaging.
If your purchase develops a fault please contact us immediately by using the Contact Us link. Contact us with your order number (this can be found on your invoice below your name and address or in the confirmation email we sent you) and with details of the problem and from where and when the returned parcel can be conveniently collected. We will arrange to replace or refund the faulty product, whichever is your preference. Please be aware whilst the goods are in your possession it is your responsibility to secure them and ensure they are available to collect.
DAMAGED GOODS ON DELIVERY
Please try to check your delivery on receipt. If signing for goods that are damaged please sign as "damaged", or "unchecked" if you're not able to check at the time of delivery.

Please be aware whilst the goods are in your possession it is your responsibility to secure them and ensure they are available to collect.
It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier's delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note and it will be your responsibility to notify us within 3 days of delivery.
It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 14 days of delivery by using the contact us link.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
